Welcome to the Mental Health Corner

Welcome everyone to the Mental Health Corner of the Ludic Lounge! My name is Anthony J. Mathias and I will be giving you special insight and/or bringing up topics and issues that matter deeply to me. I currently hold a Master's Degree in Counseling and am working towards getting licensed.

I would also like any suggestions of topics that you all might want to talk about in this corner. Please make sure to ask them in a general sense, and not as a specific question pertaining to yourself. As this is a public forum, I cannot guarantee confidentiality.

My role here is to shed some light onto issues of mental health, not as a therapist. With that being said, as I always do, I encourage anyone who is suffering from severe mental health issues to go seek out professional help.
